Outbound automation

Automated outbound calling that fires from your systems, not a person.

A form fill at 11pm should not wait until someone logs in tomorrow. VoiceGun triggers calls from the events that already happen in your stack, holds a real conversation rather than reading a recorded message, and writes the outcome back where your team will actually see it.

What teams automate

โšก

Speed to lead

A call within two minutes of a form submission, at any hour, without anyone watching an inbox.

๐Ÿ”„

CRM-triggered calls

A stage change, a renewal date or a missed payment fires the call, with no list export in between.

๐Ÿ“†

Scheduled campaign runs

A renewal book or reminder run that goes out on a schedule and reports back when it is done.

๐Ÿ’ฌ

Confirmations after the call

WhatsApp or SMS follows the conversation automatically, so what was agreed is in writing.

๐Ÿ“ฅ

Outcomes back into the stack

Structured results, not a call recording someone has to listen to. What was asked, answered and agreed, on the record.

๐Ÿ”

Retry logic that behaves

No-answers retried at varied times across days, and stopped once the outcome is reached.

Not voice broadcasting

A recorded message is not a conversation.

Voice broadcasting plays audio at someone and hopes. It cannot answer the obvious follow-up question, cannot book anything, and cannot tell you why the person said no. An automated VoiceGun call does all three, which is the difference between a delivery statistic and an actual outcome.

Integrations

Your CRM and calendar come along for the ride.

Pull contacts from HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or a sheet, and trigger from webhooks for anything custom. Every outcome, recording and booked meeting syncs back automatically, so the pipeline updates itself while calls are still going out.

Automated Outbound Calling questions, answered

How is this different from voice broadcasting?
Voice broadcasting plays a recording. This holds a conversation: it answers questions, books meetings, handles objections within the approved scope, and returns a structured outcome rather than just a delivery statistic.
What can trigger a call?
A webhook from a form, a CRM stage or field change, a date such as a renewal or due date, or a scheduled campaign run. If your system can send a webhook, it can start a call.
What comes back after the call?
A structured outcome written to your CRM, plus the recording and transcript. Bookings go to the calendar, and confirmations can go out over WhatsApp or SMS automatically.
Does it call at unreasonable hours?
No. Local calling windows are respected by default, so a trigger that fires at 3am queues the call for a sensible local hour rather than dialing immediately.
What is automated outbound calling?
Software that places outbound calls without a person initiating each one, triggered by an event or a schedule. Older systems did this by playing a recorded message. Modern ones hold an actual conversation, which is what makes them useful for anything beyond a notification.
Do we need developers to set this up?
Not for the common cases. CRM and form integrations are configured rather than coded, and the agent brief is written in plain language. Webhooks are there when you want something custom, but most teams never touch them.
What happens if nobody answers?
The call is retried at varied times across days rather than immediately, and retries stop once the outcome is reached so nobody gets called about something already settled.
Can it run campaigns for several clients or brands?
Yes. Separate campaigns carry their own agent brief, caller ID and knowledge base, which is how agencies run multiple clients from one account without the wires crossing.
