1. How you pay

VoiceGun is prepaid. You buy VoiceGun Credits (VC) in the app. In India you pay in Indian rupees by card, UPI or net banking through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments; the payment is received and invoiced by APPWRK IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, and the credits are added to your wallet as soon as it clears. Outside India you pay APPWRK IT Solutions LLC by wire transfer or PayPal, and the credits are added once we confirm the payment. Either way, calls, messages and any dedicated channels or numbers are then charged against your VC balance at the rates on our pricing page. GST is added to payments in India where it applies.

Calls are charged on connected minutes only. A call that is not answered, is busy or fails to connect costs nothing.

2. Cancelling

There is no contract and no minimum term. You can pause or stop any campaign at any time, and nothing is charged for calls that are not made.

Dedicated channels and numbers are rented by the month and charged from your wallet on the 1st of each month; the month you buy one in is charged only for the days left in it. To cancel one, write to us at support@voicegun.ai before the 1st and it will not be renewed. The rent for a month that has already started is not refunded.

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@voicegun.ai from the email address on the account. Nothing is charged after it is closed, and you can export your data for 30 days afterwards, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

3. Refunds

VC never expire while your account is open, so there is no deadline to use them. Credits you have bought and not used are not refunded or exchanged for cash, except where the law says otherwise. We do refund in these cases:

Paid, but not delivered. If your payment went through and the credits, channels or numbers you paid for were not added to your account, we will either deliver them or refund the payment in full, whichever you prefer.
Charged twice. If the same order was paid more than once, the extra payment is refunded in full.
Charged in error. If your wallet was charged for something that was not provided, such as a call that never connected, we put the credits back into your wallet.

4. How to ask for a refund

Write to support@voicegun.ai within 30 days of the payment, from the email address on your account, with the order ID (it starts with vr_) and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days and decide within 7 business days.

An approved refund is paid back the way you paid, within 5–7 business days of approval: in India, to the card, UPI account or bank account the payment came from, through Cashfree Payments; outside India, by wire transfer or PayPal. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
